Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The PDF is parsed in your browser. It never leaves your device.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
No. Scanned PDFs are images of text with nothing to extract. The converter tells you when a PDF has no text layer. Run it through OCR first.
How accurate is the conversion?
Text extraction is exact. Structure is inferred: headings from font size, lists from bullet characters, paragraphs from spacing. Simple documents convert cleanly, while complex tables and multi-column layouts need a manual pass.
Is there a size limit?
There is no fixed limit, but very large PDFs take longer because everything runs on your device. Documents of a few hundred pages work on a normal laptop.
