No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific SEO results, search engine rankings, or traffic increases.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynx AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
